We are partnered with third-party courier companies in New Zealand to deliver all goods via Track and Trace. Items will normally be delivered during working hours only.
Once items leave the warehouse (typically 1-2 days from order) we aim to use overnight couriers to deliver your items. However, circumstances out of our control dictate that the following delivery times are our best guideline:
The delivery timeframes are usually 1-2 working days to Auckland, 2-3 working days to North Island, 3-5 working days to South Island. however, it can take up to 8 working days for rural or out of the way areas.

Returns Policy and Information
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
